You have to enable paypal integration first to accept payments for your subscription plans. For that, you will need PayPal Client Id and Secret. Just follow below steps to obtain it.
2. You will see Sandbox and Live option. Just click on Live option and then click on "Create app" button as highlighted in the following screenshot.

3. You will see the following form. Just enter whatever name you want in "App Name" field and click on "Create App" button.
4. You will see the following form. Just click on "Show" and copy both Client Id and Secret.
5. Now you have both Client Id and Secret, you will be able to enable the PayPal integration. Just login to your Admin account and go to Settings page. First check if you have correct Site name and Site description. Paypal use those for the invoice and after you enter the Paypal Client Id and Secret you won't be able to change it. Now, just click on the Payment Gateway tab. After that turn on the option as shown in the following screenshot and enter your Client Id and Secret.
