Device and Sending Servers
Device or Sending Server is responsible for sending the campaign. Each campaign can have multiple of those.
Status
The campaign is designed to monitor the progress of each SIM and Sender ID utilized in it. SIMs are associated with a Device, while Sender IDs are linked to a Sending Server, which handle the actual execution of tasks. The system tracks the status of the campaign on each Device and Sending Server. Detailed explanations of these statuses for Devices and Sending Servers involved in the campaign can be found below.
Pending
Initial status of the campaign on a Device or Sending Server. This means campaign is not yet queued for processing.
Queued
It indicates that the campaign is queued for processing on a Device or Sending Server.
Stalled
It indicates that the campaign is postponed for the time being due to one of the following reasons.
Out of Quota set for SIMs or Sending Server. This applies solely to the message campaign.
Current time is not in Active Hours
Current day is not in Days of Week.
It will resume sending when all of the above conditions are not violated.
Succeeded
It indicates that the campaign successfully finished sending on a Device or Sending Server. This doesn't mean that all messages or USSD pulls were sent successfully. It can still have some or all messages or USSD pulls in Failed status. It means that the Device or Sending Server executed its part of the campaign successfully, and it is now up to the operator or third party provider to send them further.
Failed
It indicates that the campaign failed to send. This can happen mostly likely due to lack of credits, connection issues with server or server error.
Cancelling
It indicates that the campaign is marked for cancellation on a Device or Sending Server.
Cancelled
It indicates that the campaign was cancelled successfully on a Device or Sending Server.
