Retry

You can retry the campaign to retry sending the messages or USSD pulls. This is useful if the campaign failed due to insufficient credits or other issues that can be resolved.

How to Retry a Campaign

  1. Navigate to the Campaigns section in the app.

  2. Find the campaign you want to retry.

  3. Click on the Retry button next to the campaign.

  4. Confirm the retry action when prompted.

Partial Retry

If a campaign was sent using multiple Devices or Sending Servers, you can retry it on a specific Device or Sending Server. This is useful if only part of the campaign failed or if you want to retry only a specific segment of the campaign.

  1. Navigate to the Campaigns section in the app.

  2. Find the campaign you want to retry.

  3. Click on Devices or Sending Servers button next to the campaign.

  4. Find the Device or Sending Server you want to retry.

  5. Click on the Retry button next to the Device or Sending Server.

  6. Confirm the retry action when prompted.

Retry Selected

You can also retry only selected messages or USSD pulls from any campaign. This is useful if you want to resend only specific messages or USSD pulls.

  1. Navigate to the Messages or USSD Pulls section in the app.

  2. Select the messages or USSD pulls you want to retry.

  3. You will see Actions button pop up when you select any message or USSD pull. Click on it.

  4. Click on the Retry button from the Actions menu.

  5. Confirm the retry action when prompted.
